Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the full amount of the appointment.
 
A digital invoice will be sent to you following your session by email, where you will be able to pay via debit or credit card, or via etransfer if residing in Canada. The full amount of the session is to be paid within 24hrs of your session, unless specific arrangements have been made prior.
